It was a true journey of introspection, learning, and rethinking what I had taken for granted at the time. The cinematography seeks the plasticity of a fable, intentionally distanced from realism while remaining naturalistic. The 4:3 aspect ratio heightens the protagonists’ sense of claustrophobia and also allowed us to explore the concept of what remains outside the frame—as a reflection of what we reveal and what we hide.
